Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd. (President: Masatomo Nakamura) has released NPi Form NEXT-IJ, a new form paper compatible with full-color inkjet printing.
  In recent years, information processing services have expanded in the business form industry, which mainly works with direct mail. In billing tasks, in which printing, data printing, sealing in envelopes and forwarding are outsourced, delivery times are invariable tight. Printing companies offering these services are increasingly turning to inkjet printers, which are capable of high-speed printing. Uses of this printed matter have diversified to include corporate notices, brochures and other forms of direct mail, in addition to utility bills (telephone, electricity, gas and water), credit card details and transaction details with financial institutions. Consequently, needs for full-color printing have increased rapidly.
  Responding to these needs, and based on NPi Form NEXT, which has earned high marks for its brightness, opacity and smoothness, the full-color inkjet printer-compatible form paper NPi Form NEXT-IJ has been developed for high-speed, full-color inkjet printing. The product is compatible with high-performance inkjet printing (with water resistance, bright color appearance and quick drying properties), and features water resistance to prevent data loss (erased print) caused by wetting, compatibility with bar codes for payment at convenience stores (EAN128) and high brightness for prominent full-color printing. The new product meets the needs of the growing information processing service businesses.
  NPi Form NEXT-IJ has also been certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), and is made of environmentally friendly virgin pulp.
