and corporate structure:

will be renamed the Customer Information Office. |

The Saitama Office will be renamed
the Kitakanto Office and the Jyoshinetsu Office will be merged with the Kitakanto
Office. |

and absorbed by the Morioka Sales Office. |

of the Jyoshinetsu Office of the Consumer Products Kanto Branch will be closed
and absorbed by the Kitakanto Office. |

The Niigata Representative Office
of the Jyoshinetsu Office will become a sales office. |

The Kanazawa Representative Office
of the Chubu Branch will become a sales office. |
