Nippon Paper Industries' Fuji Mill accepts interns from Shizuoka Prefectural Yoshiwara Technical High School . The high school started the internship program in 2001 to help students avoid poor fits at work after graduation, encourage them to sign on to work for a company and teach them to take pride in their jobs. The students who participated in the internship program received on-the-job training at the Mill's Power Supply Department, where they maintained the motors and checked the instruments. →Go Back to Major Activities
